This summer has seemed to fly by me already. I feel as though when I get wrapped up in whatever project I’m currently involved in I forget about all the things around me that matter the most….seems like a common theme among people nowadays. Luckily for me I have the kind of personality that keeps people in my everyday life. So, when I feel like the walls are closing in around me, like The job is taking too long, fear that the homeowner is going to hate my design and demand it be redone, the list could go on and on…when those things come up in my life, I have found a way to center myself and look at the things in my life from a different perspective. It’s hard to see the picture when you’re stuck in the frame, you know? Also, I have filled my life with amazing people who support me and help guide me through with their experiences. All of this has shaped me into the person I am today, and for that I am forever grateful. It doesn’t matter what you do for a living, what car you have in your garage, any of that. What I feel should matter is the memories you make with the people you care about, and hopefully I can build something that makes it a little nicer!
